When two or more vehicles come together under accident circumstances the impact energy is absorbed due to the vehicles involved being designed to absorb some of the energy of an impact thus reducing the possibility of injuring the occupants, particularly in low speed collisions.  Although liability may be admitted, the causation of injuries may not.

We analyse the vehicles and the documentation relating to the accident circumstances and provide a report indicating impact velocity.

We at Robert T Lee and Associates Ltd, through our experience, can indicate if it was likely that passenger movement occurred in the accident. We are not medical experts and as such we cannot indicate if there was a personal injury sustained. The report helps the Court, in proceedings, decide whether or not the occupants were injured.

These reports usually take 7 days to compile following the inspection, subject to all information being available to us. The reports can be sent by all media including E-mail, fax and / or post.
